2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access and error logs are processed. These may include the page accessed, time of access, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser, operating system and IP address.

Processing is necessary for the secure and reliable provision of the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the operation, stability and security of the website. According to dogado, the IP address is anonymised after 24 hours and the logs are deleted after no more than seven days.

3. Contact by email

If you contact VEDCO by email, the information you provide will be processed in order to respond to your enquiry. Email services are also provided through dogado.

If your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is to respond to your enquiry.

Correspondence is deleted once it is no longer required for its purpose, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require longer storage.

4. Cookies, analytics and external services

The website does not use analytics or marketing services, a contact form, externally embedded maps or non-essential cookies. Fonts, icons and image files are served locally.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is, in particular, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

6. Status and amendments

Last updated: August 2026. This policy must be amended before additional functions, analytics tools, embedded services or the Competition Manager are technically integrated into the website.
