About me

Experience with responsibility

Vocational education has been my field of work for more than 40 years. Since 2010, I have worked as an independent consultant and trainer, supporting national and international projects from my base in Germany.

My work combines vocational pedagogy with technical practice. I develop training programmes, curricula and assessment procedures, support vocational education and training staff, and contribute to national and international skills competitions. The water and wastewater sector is a particular area of expertise.

International vocational education projects require more than transferring existing concepts. Training programmes, curricula and assessment procedures must reflect technical requirements, the institutions involved and the specific conditions in each country.

The Competition Manager was developed on the basis of my many years of work with national and international skills competitions. It also reflects my extensive experience in examination systems, particularly in task development, assessment and quality assurance.
